MS4 Permit Renewal – Report of Waste Discharge
Report of Waste Discharge (ROWD)
The Permit requires Permittees to submit a Report of Waste Discharge (ROWD) to the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Board) as part of the permit renewal process. The ROWD summarizes the accomplishments and challenges of the Permittees under the permit in effect at the time of submission.
2026 ROWD [R4-2021-0105, 2021 Regional Permit]
As required by the Permit, Ventura County Permittees submitted a ROWD to the Regional Board in March 2026. A revised ROWD was submitted to the Regional Board in May 2026, responding to minor comments to Table 2-1.
2015 ROWD [R4-2010-0108, 2010 Ventura Countywide Permit)]
The ROWD for the 2010 Ventura Countywide Permit was submitted in January 2015.
